Responsibilities:n nVerify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivablenProduce error-free accounting reports and present their resultsnAnalyze financial information and summarize financial statusnSpot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spendingnReview and recommend modifications to accounting systems and proceduresnManage accounting assistants and bookkeepersnParticipate in financial standards setting and in the forecast processnProvide input into the department’s goal-setting processnPrepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedulenAssist with tax audits and tax returnsnDirect internal and external audits to ensure compliancenPrepare month-end and year-end close processnDevelop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controlsnEnsuring the accuracy of financial documents and their compliance with relevant laws and regulations.nreconciling sub-ledger to general ledger account balancesnPerform monthly balance sheet income statement changes in financial position/budget variance analysisnMaintain fixed assets and depreciation/amortization schedulesnPrepare financial reportsnMaintaining general ledgernPreparing tax returnsnPerforming other accounting duties as assignednPreparing payrollnNew accounting system implementation and integration.nCreate and document a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manual for accounting policy and regulations, and roll out reconciliation proceduresnImplement, and enforce the cash control process.nImplement inventory control and tracking procedures.n n nRequirements:n nProven experience as 01 year . nnnAptitude for numbers and quantitative skillsnBS degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevantnnnInterested?
