As a Revenue Manager/Assistant Revenue Manager, you are responsible to maximize revenues through bedroom sales by setting proactive selling strategies and action plans in order to achieve the budgeted revenue and to maintain a healthy business mix and to create a healthy working environment focusing on sales, people development, exceptional customer service and values.
Ideally should have completed hotel management degree with a relevant diploma in Hospitality/Tourism
Any additional diploma in the related field will have an edge over other candidates
Minimum 5 and above years of working experience will be an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must
Proficiency in communication and math skills is imperative.
He or she should be good in implementing a plan of action to push up sales which might include booking appointments, researching sales leads etc.
