The position will be in Egypt but for a management company located in the USA. You will work remotely in a team setting. You will be responsible to develop and process accounting activities of several companies in retail, real estate, and construction.
Qualifications:
• Fluent in English both in speaking and in writing is a must. Please do not apply if you do not speak and write English well.
• Able to work in teams and with other accountants
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 3+ years accounting/finance experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Detail oriented and organized
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Able to meet deadlines
• Proficient in Word and Excel is a must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have a computer and fast internet

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Bookkeeping
• Data entry
• Verifying daily sales and expenses
• Controlling profit margins of products and services
• Daily and monthly reconciliation
• Daily reconciliation and audit – all bank accounts, credit cards, loan accounts
• Daily Job P&L;– residential and commercial compared to job estimates
• Audit each job file residential and commercial
• Weekly projection and FP&A;, P&L;, Cash Flow, balance sheet
• GPS entries
• Timesheet entries
• Payroll processing
• Sales receipts and inventory management
• Purchase orders
• Audit purchases and compile price lists
• Creating estimates in QB and sending invoices to customers
• Other duties as assigned
