Education and Experience
BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting
Holds professional qualifications such as CMA, CPA or CFA or similar
Proven experience as a Financial Manager
5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
Retail industry experience preferred
Skills and Behaviors
Strong analytical, budgeting, and forecasting skills
Excellent financial reporting and presentation skills
Ability to interact with others at different levels throughout the organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Must be able to work independently as well as on a team
