Role Objective: To make sure our commercial operations run smoothly and provide insight into our commercial operations
Key Operational Responsibilities:
Create, develop and continually improve the commercial management functions within the business
Coordinate and draft contracts, amendments, agreements, proposals terms and conditions and other contract documents
Review all company contracts and agreements and be responsible for making sure we can meet our contractual obligations
Be responsible for our finance department, planning and updating our cash flow
Be responsible for commercial interactions with clients – issuing and collecting invoices, explaining charges, run related discussions with clients and so on.
Lead our accountant s in their daily jobs
Be responsible for tracking and analysis of company sales, projects, revenues and costs
Initiate and lead company cost control activities
Work closely with General Manager and other staff to create company plans and forecasts
Track, monitor and improve financial performance of all projects and contracts
Develop and maintain close relationships with key stakeholders
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Educational Background and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years of related work experience
Experience or observation of commercial operations
Contracts preparation and negotiation
Knowledge and experience about basics of finance and accounting, contracts
Strong MS Office Excel, Word, Power point skills

Desire to run commercial operations
Self-motivation and curiosity to find opportunities out of different situations
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills
Organization, people and project management skills
Sound business acumen, aptitude with figures and an ability to view projects long-term Proactivity, initiative, results orientation
Ability to succeed in a cross-functional role
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask
Analytical, problems solving and decision making skills
